We are a 90 pitch camping and caravanning site spread over 7 acres comprising of two fields. In the first field, there are 21 level all weather pitches, each with electricity. The remaining grass pitches, (13), all with electricity, are level. Our second field has level pitches, a few are slightly sloping. This field has a mixture of electric and non-electric sites.

Bus routes to Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, and Heathfield. Two bus stops are located 300 yards away with an even tarmac pavement to both.
The village of Horam is a quarter of a mile away and can be reached easily by an even tarmac pavement. Car parking is free and available in the village. A RADAR toilet is situated in the car park.
Arrival and car parking facilities
The entrance to the site is level and tarmacked. Visitors can park close to reception and there are no steps. Reception is clearly signed.
The route to reception is step-free to the front of the building; the path to reception is level. There is no weather protection at the door. The door is 70cm wide with a small step of 30mm height.
The counter is 98cm high and a notepad and pen are available if required. Lighting is uniform in the reception building. Brochures and information are all accessible and set in a display cabinet.
The office is 6m x 4m and is open from 9am-5pm (9am - 7pm Fridays)
There are a variety of pitches designated for disabled people, these are all-weather, level pitches with electricity and are located close to the toilet facilities (within 3 metres).
There is lighting around the outside of the toilet facilities. Further lighting is provided around the site by the lights on the hook-up posts and by two lamp posts located in the centre of the park. There are 4 tarmac roads around the first field and one gravel road around the second field.
There are two toilet blocks, one in each field; both toilet blocks have been designed for accessibility and have a level concrete path surrounding them.
In the first field, access to the facilities is level around the block, each entrance has a step of 7 cm, all doors open outwardly; the mens and ladies are key coded, a code will be given out by reception on arrival at the park. The fully equipped disabled facility has a ramp leading to the door with no step; this is locked, keys may be obtained from reception.This block has underfloor heating.
In the second field, access to the facilities is level around the toilet block, each entrance has a step of 10cm, and all doors open outwardly and are unlocked, with the exception of the family room. Keys may be obtained from reception.
Both blocks - There are privacy cubicles for both male and female visitors. In total, there are 15WCs, 10 showers, 8 washing up sinks, two chemical closets, a motorhome service point and two refuse points including an area for recycling.
In both blocks, all the floors are tiled and the tiles are non-slip. The taps are push and release. The showers are operated by levers. The lights are on a sensor which is activated when customers enter the facilities so lighting is always good.
In the first field, the washing-up sinks are 93 cm high; the sinks in the male and female facilities are 89cm and the chemical disposal is 37 cm high.
In the second field, the washing up sinks are1.45m high, the sinks in the male and female facilities are 1.30m high. Chemical disposal point is 1 metre high.
In the second field, the laundry room has a stackable washing machine and dryer, coin operated and the coin slot is 95cm high from floor level.
All signs are clear and in large print.
There is a small play area on site with a fence on three sides with a gate as the entrance. A bench is provided as seating.
A Fire Risk Assessment has been undertaken in line with current regulations. Fire exits and fire extinguishers are clearly signed. A fire action plan is displayed at each fire extinguisher point. There is no payphone but a telephone is available 24 hours a day at reception.
